There was a new principal and a new assistant principal, a new marque sign to advertise School activities and a number of new teachers. But for most, La Vega had not changed much. There was still the promise that soon there would be a new school. There was still the routine and the rules. But somehow the summer had made it a little easier to face the fall, even if it did come a little too soon. U--.
