Maas, fsecond rowl Coach Jimmy Stubblefield, Adams This year the track team, under Coach Jimmy Stubblefield, showed a great improvement. The team trav- eled to meets in Corsicana, Hillsboro, and Marlin, where the boys gained valuable experience. At the district meet in Ennis, the Freshmen made an exceptional showing scoring 33 points. The team is composed mainly of underclassmen and with new per- sonnel coming up in the future, the track team should improve even more at La Vega. 122 Beaseley Reese does his warm-ups
