Registration happens even more often now that La Sierra is operating on the quarter system. The pro- cess has been accelerated by the move into La Sierra Hall and HMA. Each academic department is now located in separate classrooms, a factor which eases the crowding that took place when registration was held in College Hall. Stations such as Security and Student Finance are located in HMA. Admission to each of these stations is regulated by members ofthe campus security force. One obvious improvement over College Hall registration is the reduced noise level. Many students take advantage of advance registration, which allows them to complete each step of regis- tration at their own convenience and avoid the last- minute rush. H. ,t wif im- Y
