Cheers and minor explosions urged the tricycle Grand Prix and balloon stomp into confusion. A contest in creating paper dresses and an alphabet game lunderclassmen versus upperclassmenl added to the get acquainted atmosphere. l R 26 Bob Herr Chorale The Collegiate Chorale, under the talented direction of Robert Herr, presented the first musical program of the school year on September 30. Their repertoire contained a great variety of songs from Lamentations of Jeremiah to the American folksong Shenandoah. Robert Herr originated the Chorale which was made up of La Sierra College students while he was attending L.S.C. in 1964. Since then it has moved with him into Glendale and is comprised of 30 singers mostly from the Glendale area. I in Bob Herr conducts the Collegiate Chorale. wr T The Robert Herr Chorale in concert.
