Under the presidency of Joe Sanquilli a compre- hensive set of Rules-of-Procedure was drawn up which gained for it the respect of the Student Body previously lacking. The Board has surprised not a few with its success. Guests of the annual Open House, sponsored by the Executive Board, show intense interest in the exhibit displayed by the R.O.T.C. department.
