Peru, Illinois - Incorporated T835 Fourth Street looking west from West Street Mayor Robert Potthoff is serving his first term as Mayor of Peru. His work is construction, a recent project was the Peru Bridge. He was a member of the Peru Police Force for five years, he is presently The Assistant Supervisor of Peru Township. He is a member of the Board of the l25th Peru Birthday Celebration. Civic affairs have occupied much of Mayor Potthoff's time and he serves on many committees. . leaders with foresight - the dedication of this volume not to a person, but to many persons - to a community for its place in the history of the La Salle-Peru Township High School - our community - the Tri-Cities, where unlimited opportunity is offered in industry, business, and educational services.
