At the end of this academic year, two faithful and respected members of our faculty retire from active teaching, and we who are leftfadministration, faculty and students-wish to express our sincere appreciation for the work which they have done and the influence which they have had upon hundreds of people in our area g Mrs Ethel Bugbee has taught English at LP and English and education in LPO Junior College for twenty five years Her influence nas been great for many of her students are themselves now teachers and attest to Mrs Bugbee s ability and devotion to her work The loss is ours but we wish her years of happiness To these two members of our faculty we say Good bye and God bless you Que., Miss Bertha Danheim has taught bio logical science in L P High School and botany and zoology in LPO Junior College for the past twenty nine years During this period she has taught students who have gone to all parts of our country and beyond many of whom have been highly successful We shall miss her but our best wishes go with her as she takes up residence in Topeka Kansas Page th rteen l ' It 4.
