Serving rhe rwo-fold purpose of providing an ourlel for rhe iournalisiic abiliiies of The sraff members, and acring as a link berween school, home, and parish, ihe Wislerian was an esseniial irem during our four-year renure ar La Salle. Facul+y Fooinoiesf' Limelight and Sporrligh+ were popu- lar fearures during our freshman, sophoa more, and junior years. Wifh ihe Sepiember, I949, issue of 'rhe Wisierian, a new era in irs hisiory was inauguraied. The slyle of iype, size, and general appearance was modernized.
