It wasn't seldom that he broke the monotony of the class- room with his pertinent observations. Edis keen intellect and good humor will Fit him into any position that he may happen upon in any new venture through life. Lefty was present for all class activities. particularly baseball. He pitched his team to many victories in '34. '35. and '36. Ed was a good student. He received the medal for the highest average of the Juniors in '36. HALLAHAN s fiHalvi For all his quiet demeanor, this lad possesses nimble wit, Many times a Brotheris reserve gave way to full-throated chuckles at some unexpect- ed witticism from Hal, Manager of the championship basketball team for two years. he had his greatest thrill when they travelled to Chicago. In the line of studies, there were very few mathematics problems that had him stopped. Perhaps thatls why he intends to study engineer- ing and is preparing for Drexel in the fall. We reluctantly bid adieu to a fellow whose friend- ship it has been a pleasure cultivating and to whom we wish lots of luck in his chosen field.
