Xvhile at l.a Salle. he has heen an ardent supporter of all our drives, He never played in any sports. hut followed them enthu- siastically. His quiet nature and pleasing personality have won him litany a friend here at the Academy. His name has appeared frequently on the honor roll. Art has completed the commercial course, majoring in hook- keeping. He has left nothing to he asked for in regards to his studies. Ralph has heen a credit to l.a Salle Academy ever since he entered in l9I5. His lirst year at l.a Salle he took part. in track, which gained him most of his technique in running. A meniher of the commercial department, he has successfully maintained a high average in his school work. His genial personality made him well-liked hy hoth Brothers and pttpils alike. He is an ardent follower of all I.a Salle's sports activities. YVhatever field of work Ralph enters in the future, we all know he will he most successful. Good luck. Ralph. WILLIAM BX RNES loofl Smith Street, Providence. R. I. William. hetter known as Bill , is a graduate of Fruit Hill Grammar School. Bill entered La Salle as a Freslnnan in l9ll. He soon won the adtniration of all who cante in contact with him. He participated in Junior varsity hasehall as a pitcher. lSill's marks in school were always ahove average. and he always had a witty remark or joke to liven the extra-curricu- lar actiyities of the school. lie plans to enter Providence College upon graduation, and we hope and know that Bill will he more than a success in whatever he endeavors to do. l21l
