New York, to assume studies which would adapt him to the life of a Christian Brother. After two years. John deeided that this was not his yoea- tion and returned to La Salle for his senior year. V. football squad. He advanced to the varsity reserve. a prospect for the next season. In ,Xpril of '44 his edueation was interrupted when he left La Salle to serve with the United States Navy. He returned to the Academy to complete his studies. and will then follow the Engineering Course at llrown University.
