W' The school newspaper, the Cardinal, appears tive times during the year, and in that time, it attempts to keep the student body weLl-informed on the in- tegral affairs of La Salle Academy. Keep- ing tabs on 900 students was not easy, but the Editor-in-Chief, James Collins, was greatly assisted by his competent co- editors: james McPartland, News Editorg Thomas Kenny, Managing Editor, Peter Anagnostos, Sports Editor, and Arthur blartin, Feature Editor. Others on the staff included james McKeever, who writes a funny Qsay, who wrote thatj gossip column, Thomas Doo- ley, john Hahn, Allan Basile, and many other would-be journalists. The moderator, Brother Brendan Owen, has done a fine job with his group and he and the entire Cardinal staff have helped to keep this informative news- sheet one of the best in the city.
