Under the expert direction of Harold Rogers, adviser, the boys in the white coats flicked the switches, painted stage settings, and worked the necessary sound effects. Carefully trained by Mrs. Kathleen Jorgenson, adviser, and her assistants Ina Claire Sparks, Judy Tuckey, and Nina Ossipoff, the make- up crew applied the grease paint, lined the eyes, and painted the cheeks of play cast members. As indispensable helpers, audio-visual club members, trained thoroughly by Adviser William Meardy, scheduled the use of the machines and films to be shown and operated the protectors.
