Editor-in-Chief JOHN PAUL JONES Dear Students, You have checked the I960 Reflector page by page. You have criticized its contents pro and con. You have admired your picture and those of your friends. You’ve contributed your share of serious and whimsical notes to delete the remaining white space on these carefully arranged pages. You have recalled your role in events of the past year. As you have traveled through these pages, have you thought at all about those people who gathered pictures, made the layouts, checked the copy, and eventually published this, the i960 Reflector? Many problems arose during the preparation of the Reflector. Some of them seemed tremendous. Others seemed insignificant. No matter the magnitude of the problem—it was always met with en- thusiasm. Staff members worked with diligence and perserverance until each problem was solved. There were crucial moments when the strain of deadlines forced a solemnity in the publications office. Simultaneously, there were carefree times during the preparation of the book. A faithful few, who began with the initial planning, stuck it out to see the last page shipped to the printer.lt is these people and our sponsor that I thank most humbly, and it is they to whom I extend my sincere appreciation for all each has contributed. Picture Editor and Photographer SHERRY CORNELIUS 1960 REFLECTOR STAFF Sincerely
