The band features a color guard, flag twirlers. majorettes, and a new addition, two solo twirlers. Wegner 1967 MARCHING BAND Student Council The Student Council keeps LPHS in tune with the times. The officers are elected at the end of their Junior year while the representatives are elected the following fall. The pur- pose of the Student Council is to serve as the voice of the student body. The Student Council is in charge of the school bookstore and also serves as the organizing force for the Home- coming activities each year.
