Offices rotate among the members every three months, making it possible for each boy to hold an office sometime during the year. The club has charge of some of the bulletin boards and has other pro- jects for the betterment of the school. Their big- gest project was sponsoring the remodeling and re- furnishing of the school’s recreation room. Mr. Harold Hargrave is the club’s sponsor. This club furnishes opportunities for those girls who arc interested in the teaching profession as their vocation. At their weekly meetings a program is presented which will enlighten the girls on the teaching profession. This club sponsored a dance, the Snowball Bounce, to enable them to present a scholarship to one of the outstanding seniors planning to become a teacher. Their sponsor is Miss Ruth Walk. A court is run by the student government officers to sentence school offenders. Mr. E. P. Bea- bout sponsors the organization. In order to qualify for membership in Senior Honor Society, the student must be in the upper one third of his class and must then be voted into the society by the faculty. The Honor Society operates the monitor system and collects absence slips under the supervision of Mr. M. E. Hyde.
