THE SENIOR CLASS OF LA MOILLE COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL PRESENTS THE 19G5 LION'S ECHO There is no death! The stars go down To rise upon some other shore, And bright in heaven's jewelled crown They shine forevermore. Though life become a desert waste, We know its fairest, sweetest flowers Transplanted into Paradise, Adorn immortal bowers. They are not dead! They have but passed Beyond the mists that blind us here Into the new and larger life Of the serener sphere. From: There Is No Death By: J. L. McCreery I) EDICATION May this annual also serve as a dedication to the memory of Linda Lucas. We, the Senior Class of 1965 respectfully dedicate our annual to our school, LaMoille Community High School, which has prepared us to enter adult life and given us many fond memories.
