ROW 2: Joseph Bickett, Donald Steele, Ronald Summers, Lester Stamberger, Mr. Sellers. Junior Class History We entered L.C.H.S. in the fall of '49. We elected the following: James Becker, president; Margaret Le-Conte, vice-president; Pearl Hedges, secretary-treasurer; Nancie Aitken and Joe Beattie, reporters; and Miss Bower, sponsor. We lost Martha Griffith and Pearl Hedges. Naida Clark became our new secretary-treasurer. We had two parties and a picnic. Dixie Selders was our homecoming queen. In the fall of’50 we elected: James Becker, president; David Schmitz, vice-president; Dixie Selders, secretary-treasurer; Evelyn Chelin and Donald Steele, reporters; Miss Bower and Mrs. McCray, sponsors. We lost Shirley Nauman and gained Elaine Loebach. We had a class party and a picnic. Shirley Becker was our homecoming queen. This year we chose Naida Clark for our homecoming queen. We gained Ronald Summers and lost Joe Beattie. Those elected were: Evelyn Chelin, president; Norma Jean Schmidt, vice-president; Naida Clark, secretary-treasurer; Nancie Aitken, reporter; Miss Infascelli and Mr. Sellers, sponsors. ROW 2: Mrs. McCray, Robert Cromwell, Kenneth Moeller, Richard Faber, Virgil Floto, Ronald Becker, Duane May, Neal Drummer. Sophomore Class History On Sept. 7,1950, thirty green and eager freshmen hurried into the halls of L.C.H.S. The following officers were elected: Richard Ward, president; Beverly Steupfert, vice-president; Mary Ann Einsele, secretary-treasurer; Shirley Alshouse and Mary Ann Einsele, reporters; Miss Stem and Mr. Sellers, sponsors. Norma Fouth was homecoming queen. We went through many hardships during freshman initiation but enjoyed the food afterwards. During the year we lost Sharon Carlson and Marjorie Smith. In September 1951, the following were elected: Kenneth Moeller, president; Delbert Fetzer, vice-president; Harold Sellers, secretary; Betty Husser, treasurer; Dorothy Danielson, reporter; Mrs. Bender and Mrs. McCray, sponsors. Betty Husser was homecoming queen. In the fall Richard Faber joined our class. We then had twenty-nine members. FRONT ROW, LEFT TO RIGHT: Gladys Schultz, Maxine Schmidt, Grace Schmidt, Norma Fouth, Beverly Stueptert, Joanne Swanson, Janet Rasmussen.
