The nurse monitor's job is to keep files in order, straighten up the nurses' office, or take out passes. Their job is to assist the nurse in every way. Mrs. Young supervies these boys in Working as audiovisual monitors. They keep track of incoming films and in passing out film projectors. The Library Monitors assist Mrs. DePlomb in filing, stacking, and stor- ing books. Mrs. DeP1omb says they have done a really fine job working in the library at La Mesa junior High. These students performed tasks pertain- ing to our cafeteria such as selling milk and ice cream and cleaning up the caf- eteria. In doing this, they earn their lunch each day.
