'S x lr- f- -an 5' A 1 Graduation The class of 1988 marched down the hill by God's hand with a different feeling in their hearts. Today would be the first time in several years that the Senior class would graduate as one. The speeches were given, the awards passed out and the Senior's received their diplo- mas. All twenty-eight of these students had a common bond holding them together. That bond was La Lumiere. After Graduation these bonds would be broken and all that was left was memories. wg The Fairmont in Chicago was the perfect setting for the 1988 La Lumiere Auction. All of the faithful La Lumiere supporters were there, in addition to a few new faces. This year brought the alumni out to their Ol' faithful fLa Lumierej. The Acution was one of the fundraising highlights of the year. Thanks to Mrs. Buch, Mr. Elliott, Mrs. Hines and Mrs. Mennen the Auction was a success. The Seniors were invit- ed to sample the good life and their services. All of the blood, sweat and tears that went into the Auction reminds us what La Lumiere is really about. The carefulplanning and dedica- tion ofall of the people involved with the Auc- tion will be appreciated for years to come. uction Vanna White?!
