Cldminotfaatian S up efzintendent ALLEN H. ERB Of all the people who have put heart and soul into the work of the ehureh in hospitals, no one has done so more eompletely than Bro. Erb. Since 1916 the superin- tendent of our hospital, he has been the major factor in all lines of advancement. Through dark days his God.,- and prayer-centered optimism has carried to sueeessful vompletion nianv plans tor expansion. Those of us Who witnessed his fervor and earnestness during the fund campaign for Miller Hall can never doubt his belief in the importance of the nursing' school to the hospital and ehureh. No student can remain unimpressed by his eon- seeration to the eause of Christ. Three, years of Bible Glasses and innumerable sermons as Well as his example of eonsistent daily living' make this evident. WVise in experienee and judgtenieiil, liro. Erb lives daily the Scripture he has loved and taken to his heart.

Ciao mtant Supefzintendent W. J. DYE A newcoinei' to the afhninistrative staff, Mr. Dye has inacle a place for himself in the hospital this year. Well prepared, enthusiastic, clear thinking, and with an acute business sense, he is innch appreciated by all the hospital personnel. As assistant superintendent of the hospital and personnel inanagei' he is approached daily concern- ing' problems in all clepartnients. lt is not unusual to see Miz Dye in the Kitchen investigating a dishwasher break- down, or talking' over plans for the lawn with the main- tenance crew. The smooth cuordinated functioning' of the hospital is i2ll'g'ClY due to Blix Dye's planning' and supervision.
