Probably the most important was the world clothing week when a dance was given to collect the clothes. We also sponsored the annual homecoming festivities. Although the original homecoming was postponed due to the flu, we had stunt night to take place of the homecoming parade. Freshmen initiation was held in the study hall, and the homecoming basketball game with Bardolph was victorious. The Student Council also sponsored a series of educational assembly programs throughout the year. Four delegates were sent to the District Convention at Pittsfield and two were sent to the State Convention at Chicago. The election was held for next years Student Council President with Max Bowen and Harry Bollin going to the finals, and Max Bowen emerging victorious. Finally at the end of the year, the Student Council sponsored the all-school picnic at which everyone had a good time.
