Second Row: Sharron Driskill, Marshall, Marie Sours, Treasurer, Jerry Johnson, Vice President, Barbara'Wilhoit, President, Joyce Terry, Secretaryg Shirley Stewart, Hary Sue McGee. Third Row: Joyce Andrews, Sara Woodburn, Judy Sims, Jeanne Aelmore, Janet Culter, Carol Hatch, Marilyn Jones, Fourth Row: Miss WCVII MHKGEH LTHNIEII Mitchell, Darlene Cox, Ruth Ann Pease, Noreen Smith, Jessie Fleming, and Mrs. Brown. The cheerleaders blue sweaters and Indian emblems were bought by the school and are to be used by the succeeding cheerleaders. The red corduroy skirts,numbers, and emblems were purchased by the girls. The Pep Club sponsored a Chili Supper for the members of the football team. Carrying out the Indian theme, the Pep Club girls participated in the Homecoming Football game. A bus for the Pep Club girls was taken to all of the football and basketball games. Awards were given this year to Pep Club members who did not miss more than two games during the football-basketball season including the tournaments. Marjorie Frank, Jerry Johnson, Dorothy Mc- Ginnis,Janie Prike, Noreen Smith,Barbara Wilhoit, and Sharron Driskill had perfect attendance. Jeanne Aelmore, Darlene Cox, and Judy Sims missed but one game each. Ruth Ann Pease, Joyce Terry, Sara Woodburn. and Marie Cole Seals missed two games each.

Freshmen Sophomores Juniors Darlene Cox Linda Filtenberger Aletha Filtenberger Howard Reece Darrel Cox. Larry Wilson Chief Weickert and Princess Janice crowned King David Jackson and Queen Shirley Stewart. The ban ran out on the field and sat down in a semi-circle around their council fire, while the Indian cancers performed around the fire. Kenny Farris, Anita Gage, and Earline Rose played an Indian fanfare calling forth the princesses and warriors. The attendants came from two tepees on the east plain and formed an aisle for the King and Queen then 'escorted them to Chief Weickert for the crowning. After the crowning they were transported around and off the field in several convertibles.
