The activities began with a bang as they initiated the Freshmen. They dressed them in gay costumes and had them pertorm in front of the assembly. That night they were honored at the initiation party and dance sponsored by the Sophomores. The class has held several cake sales and decorated the study hall for Christmas. They received their rings at the beginning of Decem- ber and are wearing them proudly. The Sophomores are now deep in thought concerning various money- making ideas for their junior year. First semester officers were: Vice-President, Jerry Bell, Student Council, Mary Ann Scholsg President, Gene Robibnsg Treasurer, John Theln. Second semester officers were: Treasurer, Mary Ann Schols, Student Council, John Thein, Vice-President, Harvey Anderson, President, Janna Bergamg Secretary, Donna Bassford. FRESHMEN Since entering high school on September oth, the Freshmen have become quite well adjusted to their new environment. The only undertaking of the class was the very successful return party fo the Sophomore Class after their initiation. Six members have been added to the class. bringing the total up to thirty-one.
