Five . . . four . . . three . . . two ... one ... BUZZ! 2:35 p.m. and the Lions are free for the rest of the day. Where do they go and what do they do after they leave LaSalle? Some never leave. Football, volleyball, drama club, newspaper, yearbook and many other sports or activities take up their time. Numerous students take off work or quit altogether so they might continue to be part of the pride of LaSalle High School. On the other hand many go home and hit the books, hoping From Work to Play for opportunities for college by getting a good grade point average. Friday nights are spent at football or basketball games cheering the Lions to victory while having a great time with friends. Many fun times take place during the school day at LaSalle and at pep assemblies too! Club days continue to be a great way to meet new friends and learn new things.
