j r ' r l- K 111 ■gl V 1 laMHBitiiii. ' m ' l It is only natural that I should be aroused by the changes that go on around me. I ann part of it and will be in the years to come. What will become of me and my environment? I can ' t be sure. I can only try to make a place for myself doing something to suit me and to benefit others. I would like to take part in improving my com- munity, in moving along the inevitable changes to take place. What progress will take place among my own city? How about my fellow students, what paths will they choose to follow? Again, I don ' t know. But, of course, curiosity gets the better of me. The Spirit of ' 76 lives on; I am eager to see. -r-r- rfWW - r Q ' f Ji MW 1 e r1 tr- C 1 I have given you my feelings; sorted them out for you to read and laugh at, or think over seriously. My spirit for pride, freedom, and what is to come can touch you, if you will only let me into your life and help you to get involved. I know thoughts and ideas will vary, after all, we are all individuals. Appreciate our differ- ences and eventually we will under- stand each other. I am my own person and can only be as such. I refuse to be phony because I hate to see it in others. Be what you wish, believe in what you want, but don ' t degrade me for my lifestyle. Let us share and become one united, instead of each groping blindly for what it takes two to find. I can accept you for you. Accept me for what I can give; only then will we discover each other. Only Then Will We Discover Each Other We ' ve Only Just Begun 1 7
