S ' 'I f '76 Spirit of '76 is an organization for senior girls, this year composed of 85 girls. The main activities that were carried on throughout the year included service projects, banquets for all sports, fund-raising, the annual Sweetheart-Valentine Dance in February, a pleasure trip in May and, of course, backing the mighty Gators. The club is sponsored by Mrs. Caro- lyn Haydell and Mrs. Patricia Gardner. Tri -H i - Y H as Many Projects Tri-Hi-Y is an organization that gives high school girls a chance to participate in many projects. They also have lots of fun. Included this year in their activities were a three-day trip to Baton Rouge for Youth and Government, marching in the March of Dimes, raffling off a heart for Valentine's Day, and giving a party for underprivi- leged children at Christmas. The sponsors are Mrs. Christine Man- dubourg and Mrs. Betty Easton. Coin, Stamp New at LG The Coin and Stamp Club is a new addition to LaGrange's organizations. The club's pur- pose is to bring together students who would like to exchange coins and stamps to improve their col- lections and to exchange inform- ation. The club heard a guest speaker who is a longtime col- lector, and they took a trip to a local coin and stamp shop.
