The excitement was expanded with organizational competition that was led by the cheerleaders. Sophomores took first place for having the most school SPIRIT. In hall decoration The Choir took first place, the Drill Team took second and the French Club received a third! Chief responsibilities included planning and presenting all pep assemblies, designing and displaying corridor bulletin boards throughout the year, acting as a voice of concern for students and aiding fellow Vikings in the time of need. The council annually sponsors the homecoming activities-always a smashing hit! Several years ago it began sponsoring the Blood Bank Drive and continued this deed this year.
