FRESHMEN In November the class held an old- fashioned party at the school. Freshmen initiation took place November 6th and 7th. Girls were forbidden to wear make- up and to comb their hair. The boys had to wear lipstick and fingernail polish. After school they raked the school lawn and washed the school s windows. SOPHOMORES The Sophomore class had an invita- tional class party on November 1, 1958, and instead of exchanging large Christ- mas gifts, the class voted to contribute to the Our Lady of Angels school fund. The class seems to be very well satisfied with their grey, black, and white class sweaters with a Mustang emblem on the back.
