Flying Bill Fox surprisingly grabs another rebound for Kofa's Varsity. J f - . 3' +,,f-st. YE- -45.533 5 L Bill Fox scores two points on a back door trap play. This years varsity basketball team had quite a year. Behind fine shooting from Radtke, Fox, Harvick, Amick, and Wolfe the Kings had a good percentage team over all. Junior Scott Baker and Sophomore Danny Mendoza took honors for this year's team. Mendoza played a key role as a Sophomore starter. David Fladtke was Kofa's only returning starter from last year's Varsity squad. The biggest fame of the year was a 70-59 victory over cross- town rival Yuma which gave the King's the first City Champion- ship Trophy and boosted the morale of the team. Let's hope Kota retains the trophy for many years to come. Junior Scott Baker tries for two points in 70-59 victory over cross town rival, Yuma. Rod Priest gets stopped in mid-air.
