Environmental Club Science Club Angela Bryant Linda Elliott Peggy Heick Kevin Johnson Rachel Moran Being that this is it's third year at Kofa, the Environmental Club feels that it has established itself as a respected group and plans to be around awhile. The club feels that it is responsible for making the students at Kofa realize the environmental dangers surround- ing and affecting us all. Any student having a grade a- verage of 2.5 and above and in- terested in the fascinating game of chess should write a letter to the club. Activities included challenging play in tournaments, both cross- town and state wide. The chess club sold peanut brittle, as they do annually, and raised money to pay expenses, as well as rooting Bobby Fisher on to victorv. The Chess Club sponsor is Mr. Cutrules.
