At this convention, Dora Grijalva was crowned State VICA Sweetheart. During April VICA attended the spring con- student delegates and their spon- sors for the various Arizona high schools. VICA s o I d refreshments at J.V., freshman and varsity games. These included tacos, popcorn, candy and soft drinks. VICA gave students interested their special talents. These jobs helped VICA students prepare for employment in the future. Closing off the successful year of VICA, was an employer-em- ployee banquet.
