Keynoters performed for a Christmas and Spring Concert. This fine musical group did not have the chance to sponsor the school musical be- cause of the lack of funds and time. Mr. Barkan, the sponsor, said that this outstanding activity will be resumed next year. For money making projects Keynoters sold s u c k e r s, Polywogs and krunch-bars. Dombrowski, S Club co-sponsor, shows films to her biology cla SS. S CLUB S Club was a service club for girls at Kofa th a t was spon- sored by the Yuma Soroptomist Club. The members of S Club sold cokes at t h e concession stands during all home games. The money earned at the games went to charitable organizations. S Club members performed services for other clubs and for the school. They acted as guides for the parents at Kofa's Open House. At Thanksgiving and Christ- mas, S Club gave out baskets of food which t h e members gathered together, a l o n g with sponsoring the annual Christmas semi-formal dance. Each month one of the out- standing members was elected as S Club Girl of the lVlonth. This was decided upon by a point system. Points were given out fo r wearing pins and uni- forms to meetings, working for different organizations and in the concession stands. The coopera- ting sponsors were lVlrs.
