Members could be found wrapping goal posts, painting posters, selling cokes, or cheer- ing in their own special roped-off section at all S home football games. They also sponsored the an- nual Mardi Gras Dance and the Coronation of Mardi Gras King and Queen. Each year Pep Club honors an outstanding varsity athlete by crowning him Mr. K., and each year they participate in a powder- puff baseball game. The hard-working president of Pep Club is Mary Griffin and their sponsor is Miss Watters. Pepster Mary Fox sells another spirit shaker to Kathy Jones as Debby Soloman looks on.
