D.E.C.A. D.E.C.A. are the initials for the Distri- butive Education Clubs of America. Its tagline is developing future leaders for marketing and distribution. It is a part of cation and a one year course in marketing is required for application. D.E.C.A. has been a part of Kofa for eight years and the club coordinator, Mr. Bowden, was in his first year of teaching at Kofa. He previously taught D.E.C.A. in vocational edu Virginia.
