51 40's sports sparks Irish pride the early 40's - leanette Stoncipher 1940-42 was the coach for the basketball team. Players were - Anna Leahy, Gertrude mry, Loretta Harrison, Kathleen Dong, Mary Clancy, Katherine Clancy, Catherine Robers, Bernadine Grant, Clara Connor, Boys who played basketball were Leo Meehan, Gus Manning, Roger Mabry, loe Shifters, Bud Campbell. :orers for the football team were - Leo Meehan, lohn Loebker and Sam Provenza.
