last will anh Testament uf The lass nf 1947 We, the Class of 1947, of the Knox School, Cooperstown, County of Otsego, the State of New York, our minds being a total blank, do hereby bequeath and bestow the following as our Last Will and Testament, thereby rendering invalid all former legal devices by us made. The Seniors leave A Word A Day for the Faculty, as we feel they should have something. To the pallid Class of 1948 we bequeath the week-end lipstick permission obtained by us. To those who need uninterrupted privacy for a get-together, we give the Fourth Form Room. Alma Ussery bequeaths to Ditse Fly, her heirs and assigns forever, the legal right to use you all in any part of Otsego County. Betty Appel and Eeda Mee leave Room 354 to two occupants who will practice their nightly exercises more gently. Peanut gives her Ten Gentlemen From West Point to the Army. Kiki Palbicke, Diana Norris, Carvel Hidlay, and Gail Miller generously bequeath their auburn tresses to Joan Stanley. joe and Pete grant their trick train technique to all ambitious week-enders. Valerie Lang sadly leaves the secret of the Indian Ceremonial routine to Connie Collier. The Third Floor Bridge Club leaves a well-used deck of cards somewhere. Natty Bumpo leaves her cave in the College Corridor. Joan Spencer leaves that soulful attitude to everyone in general. Murr Campbell leaves The Voice to Coralyn. Sue Carter leaves The Cat and Mouse to Lee Clark. 112

Anita Taylor leaves the swing to Ann Church. Cookie and Beth present their sophisticated earrings to the next car-piercing victims. Dottie Gouinlock gives a bit of her quiet and equable disposition to Carol Leberman. Gret and Robin bestow their vocal cords on next year's presidents. Donna Lee gives her multifarious week-ends to all aspiring sub-debs. Dottye Petrecca leaves her place in the Tuck line to June Schenk. The Seniors bestow the groundhog and his six weeks of winter on the Skating Club of 1948. Dorothy Archer leaves her skiing ability to Kay Poore for next winter. Phyllis Andreson bequeaths the Domestic Science Department to Bettina Blohm. Witnesses: ma olgwoco...
