It was a hil- arious comedy about an author from Chicago who took his family to live on the farm of his deceased uncle in the Ozarks. His wife and older daughter had quite a time adjusting themselves to life in this backwoods community, but the younger children were very thrilled with their new adventure. The house was quarantined when a neighbor girl brought in an epidemic of scarlet fever. It was then that the whole family joined their father in the daily tasks and chores and discovered that the bright lights of Chicacgo weren't necessary for a happ home life. The play which was irected by Mr. Saunders proved, to be a huge success. 30 f LUCINDA ANDREWS, Jeanne Schacht X 1 1 '
