Dr. Way is stepping into the presidency in a crucial period as the college reconverts from the epic job it has done during the War years. CARTER DAVIDSON . . PRESIDENT President Davidson left the campus on the first of March to become the President of Union College after ten years of outstanding service at Knox. He led the College through the war, fitting Knox into its part of the struggle, and yet maintaining for its students the high standards for which the College is known. Siwash has grown under Dr. Davidson and in losing him loses one of its greatest friends. ISI
