EASY RIDER HOSTS The Panther spirit really came alive during Homecoming week. The Student Council planned dress for the week which included a dress down day to show how bad the Pleasant Hill Roosters would look after their defeat, a dress up day to show how good the Panthers would look through- out the game, a day of mourning for the Roosters, and fi- nally a school colors day to show we were with our team all the way. Our team went onto the field with great enthusiasm and came off at the end of the game with thejoyous pride of victory. The Homecoming dance was attended by a record crowd. Everyone unwound in true victory spirit to the sounds of the Rising Sun and replenished their energy with apple punch and cookies. Student Council President crowns Bonnie Homecoming queenTS Through rain, through sleet, through dark of night . . . 5 if f Parents of Student Council members helped with Homecoming.
