The Pepperette Club introduced the Girl-of-the-Month program to Knappa High School this year and elected six Girls-of-the-Month and one Girl-of-the Year. To raise money the Pepperettes not only sold popcorn and pop at basketball games but also sold sweatshirts through the school store. Through the help of the Student Council, a new popcorn machine was acquired by the Pepperettes. New uniforms, which consisted of a blue A -line skirt and a white blouse, were worn this year. The girls were very dedicated in their efforts to keep their organization active and prosperous.
