Senior Beta Club The National Beta Club is a non-profit organization of students maintaining a high scho¬ lastic average. Knapp ' s Beta Club has been active since the school ' s origin. The club mem¬ bers assist in the office, keep hall bulletin boards, work in the concession stand, and often attend district and state meetin gs. HOMECOMING CANDIDATES HOMECOMING DANCE - 1966 HOMECOMING GAME Knapp Knights vs. Robersonville The cheerleaders did a fine job in supporting their team and in leading the Knapp Knight fans. This year each class and active club nom¬ inated a candidate to compete for the Home¬ coming Queen title. Only one of the nineteen candidates would be honored to wear the crown. During the half-time of the football game, Homecoming ceremonies were held. Miss Fay Cummings, the Senior Class candidate, was elected the Homecoming Queen of 1966. Miss Sandra Stone, the first runner-up, and Miss Nancy Clinton, the second runner-up, composed her court.
