You could walk around and hear people talk about home being in Spain, Finland, Africa, or Brazil. For members of American Field Services this was nothing new. Scuba Explored Watery Depths A group of brave divers explored the mysteries ofthe deep in an attempt to free from the grasp ofthe waters the treasure and knowledge of countless centuries past. This was the dream of' almost any scuba club member. To realize this dream, they undenv ent long hours o f' classroom and .swimming pool training in order to become certified. At their meetings, the members made plans for future diving trips and new scuba jackets, and they devised ways to raise money. The scuba club required much hard work, but the rewards were well worth the efforts.
