Right: Susan Cary demonstrates how photographers get around, 358 Orggmizations They Were Wild And Crazy But Definitely Dedicated i The beginning ofa new school year brought many inexperi- ertced faces to yearbook, but at tlze end of the Hrst few weeks, the wild and crazy staff was on its way to producing tlze biggest annual ever. Each member contributed his own ideas to make thie 1978- 79 yearbook a little more unique than past years. The wbrd deadline meant panic, but staff members gave up hours after school, weekends, and even holidays to get pages in on time. In addition to the devoted staff a mascot was added- Faussie Bults, who could put a smile on anyone's face. As the book was Hnished, it could be clearly recognized that the staff dared to be di fferent. Brushes Drew Them To Contests And Awards i Brushes, paints, easels and many other materials were many ofthe tlzings that could be seen on a trip into the art rooms. This year the members of the art club put all of their artistic elements together to make some great exhibi- tions. They were responsible for the nature-like setting of the Drama Departmenfs production of '71 Midsummer Nights Dreamy, and they also painted the bearkat that stands guard at the field house.
