They Earn While They Learn Barbecues, field events, and an Employer Recog- nition Banquet in the spring are a few of the many activities of the CVAE-Coop. Members visited several institutions where they viewed the voca- tional facilities. They went to North Harris County College, Gerlands, Foley's, and other industries. Students work to obtain competence in their chosen occupation. They have the future in mind and are training for it novv. Club sponsor is Mrs. Ann Kretsinger. PELE Members Return e To Childhood Watching little children and helping them learn was a part of the school life for the members of PELE. This group extended their knowledge of the development of children by working closely with them. Hearing guest speakers and attending special dinner parties vvere the main entertain- ments for the year. FHA I Tied ll All Up Involvement vvas the password for the members of FHA I during the second year of the club's existence. This year's goal was promoting interest in community projects. lVlem- bers attended the Area Ill meeting in Dallas.
