Sociedad Honororici de Espanol A candle light service in Spanish initiated new members invited to join the Sociedad Honoraria de Espanol. Sixty-five new mem- bers who have completed one year and a quarter of Spanish with a high academic standing and demonstrate an interest in the language were inducted into the organization. This year members sold Tootsie Roll Banks which were a big success. Money from the proceeds helped provide for future activities. The Homemaking building was filled with Mexican music, paper flowers, and the aroma of authentic Mexican dishes which were prepared for members to enjoy. The club participated in the Klein Foreign Language Festival, a tour of San Antonio, and dinner at a Mexican restaurant. A Foreign Language Banquet combining food from the other language clubs was the occasion used to present a scholarship to a graduating senior.
