fs ss' 1 in They Don't Putt Around The Woodland Open and Dinah Shore Classic were two tournaments the golf team members hope to participate in someday. Practicing on a number of different courses helped these students prepare for future advancement in golf and a lifetime enjoyment of the game. They entered as many tournaments as possible. As they practiced, the coaches' instructions seemed to run through their minds every time they stepped up to tee off. Mrs. Joy Riley coached the girls, and Mr. Chet Cook coached the boys. Their Batons Fly High A flashing baton goes spinning high overhead. Soon it begins a downward spin until it comes to rest in the deft hands ofa twirler. Klein's seven twirlers provided an exciting exhibit of dexterity. In their white and gold, glittering costumes the twirlers add flash and style to any performance.
