Their Goal Was High and Success Their Reward Coach Allen's boys proved themselves superior to all opposition this year with the combined records of 18-1-1. This includes 10 shutouts. They scored a total of 459 points to their opponents total of 65. The Gold team was unscored upon in all of their district games except one in which Bryan scored 8 points to Klein's 30. The Blue team vvon all of their district games also, except for a close game against lVlcCullough. They Bumpecl To Victory The thrill of victory. This is what the Klein Varsity Volley- ball team experienced this year. ln addition to vvinning they learned the art of team work and good sportsman- ship. Working together and with team effort they pulled through with a record of thirteen wins and sixteen losses. The team hosted their eighth Annual Tournament, inviting 'I6 different schools. For the first time they vvon 2nd place in their ovvn tournament. Pat Roberts and Lisa Washburn honored the team by making the All District Team. lVlrs.
