K i A 'W Plil' PICPPICRS The Pep Peppers do more to inspire enthusi- asm in the student body than any other organiza- tion. This club does most of the service work of the school. Such work in- cludes the selling of spon- sor football and basket- ball tickets. tickets for outside and special games. and police duty in the halls at noons. These forty- four upper class girls clad in their attrac- tive red and white uni- forms. attended all Peli- can football and basket- ball games. The group also had a good repre- sentation at all the out- side games. The girls worked out a marching drill and a card drill which were given between halves at the basketball games. They also spon- sored concessions at the games. Two large social affairs which are given by the Pep Peppers are an annual bridge party and a banquet held at the end of the school year for the parents of the members. liach year the club pre- sents some gift to the school, The gift last year was a large painting, dis- playing a group of white Pelicans floating on the blue waters of the lake.
