76 Lam bda Omega The Lambda Omega Lambda Fraternity was organized in September of 1967. Its purposes are to pro- mote brotherhood, scholarship, community relationships, and to provide varied entertainment for the en- tire student body. The Fraternity officers are: President—John McCain; Vice-President—Bobby J. The Newspaper Staff The Newspaper Staff, the information center of Kittrell, brings together students possessing outstanding jour- nalistic talents. It provides a means for students to learn the intricate techniques of journalism and to inform the school of the outstanding events of the school. Bearing editorials and features written by some of the more cre- ative minds around the campus, the Newspaper Staff makes an effort to stay abreast of the important news at Kittrell.
